I wanted to share some of the adorable Mary Kay gifts that are perfect for the women in your life - at a few different price points!  I also have ideas for gifts for men, too.  Send me an email (at seewhatkatiewears@gmail.com) if you are interested in ordering!  I offer free shipping for orders over $75!  (You can also order regular and holiday products online at my Mary Kay website, but message me if you are interested in one of these specially wrapped gifts!)

"Coffee and Cream" ($12) is a fragrance free or peach hand cream wrapped in a holiday mug with a Keurig cup.  It's a perfect gift for teachers or holiday hostesses!

Oil free eye make-up remover and any MK Mascara - Ultimate or Lash Love ($30) in an adorable Santa gift box.  The eye make-up remover is awesome; I use it every night!  The mascara is also a huge best seller!  This is a perfect gift for women of any age!

Wrapped Satin Hands set with Christmas Pot Holders ($38) - great gift for the chef in your life!  It comes in the fragrance free or peach!

"Gas Gloves" ($15 for full size; $5 for travel size) - everyone could use a little moisturizing!  Great gift for the teachers, mail carriers, bus drivers, etc.!

Shoot me an email if there is anything you are interested in!  All of these options can be customized - for example you could add an eye shadow quad to the eye makeup basket or you could order a wrapped Satin Lips set.  I highly recommend all of these products and think they make wonderful gifts!

New Year's Eve Outfit

Here's an outfit I think would be fun for New Year's Eve or another night out!  It's a shimmery blouse but sequins would work too!  I paired it with a skater skirt with faux-leather accents, opaque tights, and black booties to create a long leg line.  I wore my favorite mini cross-body purse.  It adds a nice pop of color and holds everything you need and you can keep your hands free!  I also had a glamorous make-up look courtesy of my sister Anne!  We went with neutrals for my eyes and bold lips!  Check out the next post for more information and to enter our giveaway for the chance to win a $50 gift certificate!

Casual Christmas

Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!  We had a busy day, but with lots of time to relax. First, we had breakfast and church in the city, then brunch and visiting with Jon's family during the day, then dinner with mine.  I was treated to lots of nice presents this year!  Like these amazing boots from Jon's parents.  I also got a new hairdryer from my parents, a Soda Stream from my sister Theresa, and a laptop bag/purse from Jon.  I'm really glad to be off from work today for a chill day of errands, pampering, and more visiting.

Shimmery Sweater, Velveteen Pants, and Ankle Boots

I wore this shimmery sweater with my green velveteen pants, my black scarf and new favorite ankle boots last night.  It felt festive, but not overly so.  I took these pictures before we went to my parents to celebrate my grandmom's 84th birthday party.  It was a fun start to the holidays!

I also did some planning with my sister Anne about a collaboration for later this week.  Check back for some makeup and outfit ideas and a giveaway!

Christmas Sweater Outfit for Decorating

Here's our Christmas tree!  We had the R&B/Pop Holiday station going on Pandora and our sparkling cinnamon Yankee candle burning away while we set up our tree and brought out the rest of our decorations.  We're planing to buy a tree skirt tomorrow and some hooks for our ornaments so our apartment will be all ready for my holiday brunch party on Sunday.  I felt like being festive so I brought out a sweater Jon had worn for our Christmas Sweater party a few years back.  We got it on Black Friday at Goodwill.  It's pretty funny the way the body of the sweater lines up with the sleeves so that the reindeer are running across the whole thing and the snowflakes go along the bottom.  (You can really see in the bottom pic!)  My first Christmas sweater of the season but not the last!  (I got another one from Urban Outfitters on Black Friday that is a tad bit more fashionable, haha.)

P.S. Love, Actually is on Netflix!

Outfit Details:
Sweater:  Christmas Sweater, Goodwill, 2010
Jeans:  Leigh Boyfriend Jeans, Hudson (so comfy!)
Shoes:  Angelina Buckle Loafer, Sole Society (new!)
