Jon and I went to one of his college friend's weddings this past weekend. Since my bump is still on the smaller side I decided to wear this faux-wrap dress rather than a maternity dress. Overall I liked how the ruching worked with my changing figure, although I wish the waistline was a smidge higher, which especially would have been nice after I ate dinner and my bump got a little bigger. The long sleeves were good for the fall weather and this eggplant color fit in well with the other guests. Most of the other female guests were in various shades of blue and purple. I picked up this cute silver evening bag at the huge new Century 21 store in Philadelphia, which went well with my pave crystal bangles and earrings. Sometimes a new clutch or piece of jewelry is a fun way to bring some new life to an outfit without getting a whole new dress! If you're newly pregnant and looking for a dress, this style is a good one to look for when you're too small for maternity clothes but still want to camouflage a baby bump or a little belly.
Outfit Details:
Shoes: Nine West Flax Pumps, Macy's
Clutch: Sasha Rhinestone Box Clutch via Century 21
Sunglasses: Tory Burch
Since the ceremony was outside, I wore my cobalt blue wool coat which buttons up tall. I only got this one picture below with Jon photobombing because we had to head out!

The ruching really does wonders for hiding a baby bump or a stomach from too much wedding food! I absolutely love the colour and fit on you!
