Mix It Monday: Purple Cardigan

I decided to wear my new black and white dress this weekend.  I attended a fundraising event called Peace for Rachael.  Rachael was a beloved daughter and friend who was tragically killed by a drunk driver in August.  The benefit was held to celebrate her life and to raise money to cover the unexpected funeral costs.  The fundraiser was a great success and the additional money raised is going to go toward other families dealing with sudden loss.  Click here for more details or to donate.

I paired my striped Elle dress with my purple H&M cardigan, statement earrings, and ankle boots.  Plus my light orange snakeskin print clutch for a pop of a complementary color.  Can't wait to wear it again this spring without tights!  I'm very excited to be co-hosting this week's Mix It Mondays with Lauren at Fizz and Frosting!  See the bottom of the post to enter the linkup. :-)
