I also have on my Fitbit Flex, which was a birthday present from Jon. (One that I hinted pretty hard about.) It mainly tracks my steps, as well as my very active minutes and sleep. It's been a lot of fun to keep track of it and to strive for my goal of at least 10,000 steps per day. Tory Burch is working on accessories for the Fitbit. Do you have a Fitbit or another type of pedometer? Do you find it motivating?
